HOURS AND LOCATION
Shetler Fine Jewelers is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our store is located at 7373 Broadway, Suite 106, San Antonio, Texas, 78209.
SHIPPING
All domestic shipping is complementary and is sent via UPS 2nd Day or Overnight depending on value and timeline. Insurance and tracking are also included. Shetler Fine Jewelers is not able to take responsibility for delays caused by weather, the actions of the shipping company or circumstances beyond our control.
RETURNS
Shetler Fine Jewelers will accept merchandise for return only in unused, unaltered and saleable condition. Returns, exchanges, and/or store credit will be issued within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be made in the original packaging. Shetler Fine Jewelers reserves the right to refuse any returns. Items purchased online may also be returned to Shetler Fine Jewelers retail store with an original receipt or gift receipt. All sale items, special promotions, special orders, and trunk show items are final sale.

In addition to our expertise and carefully curated inventory collection, we offer generous replacement and lifetime diamond trade in programs, as well as documented jewelry care and inspection. JEWELRY CARE
You may visit Shetler Fine Jewelers to receive complimentary cleaning of your jewelry. In between professional cleaning, we suggest soaking your diamond jewelry in a mix of warm water and a drop of dish soap for 5-10 minutes. Gently brush with a toothbrush, rinse in warm water, and wipe dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Additional detail may be found here.

FINANCING
Shetler Fine Jewelers offers specialized fine jewelry financing based on credit approval, as well as the option of splitting payments between cash, credit card, and financing. Additional detail may be found here.
CONFLICT FREE
Shetler Fine Jewelers guarantees our diamonds are conflict free. We require that all of our diamond vendors abide by the Kimberly Process set up in 2003 to prevent “conflict diamonds” from entering the rough diamond market and to ensure diamond purchases were not financing violence by rebel movements.
