"Thank you for your fantastic service! Working with Kattya was a true pleasure. We were having a ring made for our 20th anniversary. We had already purchased the ruby we wanted, and wanted somebody who we were confident with gemstones other then just diamonds. We had a great experience in every part of the process.
We had an initial idea that they were able to take and express in wax, where we were able to make adjustments. We met with the jeweler, and were able to talk through the plans so we were entirely comfortable going forward with the piece. We love it! Everything worked out perfectly and we even got it early so we could take it on our anniversary vacation.
